Where can your products be used and resold?
You can re-sell our products to any part of the world. However, use of our products is restricted to countries of Asia, the Middle East, Africa and South America — together representing over 80% of the world's population.
Do you supply products outside your product list?
The product list provided is only partial. We will endeavour to supply any item requested. Please make an enquiry and we will respond promptly.
Where can you deliver to?
We can deliver to all countries in the world, including countries you intend to re-export to. You can arrange your own collection, or we can deliver to your nominated air freight forwarder.
How long are your expiry dates?
We conduct stringent expiry date checking to ensure all stock carries at least a 12-month expiry date. If you specify minimum date requirements at the time of order, we will do our best to comply.
Where is your storage facility?
Our storage facility is located in Mumbai. The infrastructure is approximately 1,500 sq. feet (140 sq. metres), maintained to full pharmaceutical storage standards.
What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are strictly full payment in advance prior to collection. For customers with whom we have a long-term relationship, we do consider Letter of Credit arrangements.
Who do you use for logistics?
We are flexible in terms of delivery. You can either arrange your own collection or we can deliver the products to your nominated air freight forwarder in India.
Why should we purchase from India?
All products are labelled in English, meeting a key requirement in destination countries. India's large pharmaceutical sector also ensures high availability at highly competitive prices.
